Yes. Although, it is not mandatory to hold an ISA certification to own a tree service company. We believe it’s important to have owners and staff actively engaged in maintaining and bettering their certifications in ISA and other governing bodies such as TCIA.
Nearly all of our tree care estimators and our top field workers are ISA certified arborists or working toward their ISA certifications.
In addition to ISA Certification, two of our certified arborists have also obtained their Tree Risk Assessment Qualification (TRAQ). TRAQ is a great tool to assess the potential of tree risks.
