Washougal is a city located in the U.S. state of Washington within Clark County in the Pacific Northwest region. Washington is bordered by Oregon to the south, Idaho to the east, Canada to the north, and the Pacific Ocean to the west. The city sits along the north bank of the Columbia River, which forms the border between Washington and Oregon.
